Have you ever gotten a kink in your hose while watering your garden? What happens? The flow of the water slows down and even stops sometimes. When you remove that kink, the flow of water resumes. This is how chiropractic works. The energy and vital force that flows through the nervous system is just like water flowing through the hose…. With that said, life happens: poor posture, bending, lifting twisting; this ultimately leads to compression and restrictions in the spine. Chiropractic adjustments decompress the spine and relieve the restrictions putting pressure on nerves. This allows the nervous system to function at its best; and, the nervous system controls everything in your body. CLICK HERE to learn more about chiropractic.
Most patients in our office get relief without needing x-rays. With that said, Dr. Hampton will take x-rays if you’re injured or in severe pain. He also utilizes x-rays for anyone interested in curve restoration and it’s health benefits. For your convenience, we have digital x-rays on-site at our Belton location.
Softwave technology uses elector-hydraulic acoustic waves to cause the body to do 3 things. 1. Immediate relief: immediate relief of pain often within seconds after your first treatment. This technology turns off inflammatory pathways. 2. Increased Blood Flow: Creates new capillary growth known as angiogenesis. This is important for tissue healing. 3. Stem Cell Activation: The most important of all, it activates and engages latent and dormant stem cells. These are your very own endogenous stem cells; it causes them to migrate to the area of concern which activates true regenerative healing.
